Self-discovery and spiritual growth

Language is basically just noise we agreed would mean stuff. Sometimes that noise turn into gibberish on paper, which we call “writing” — and if you do it fancy enough, people might assume you are smart.

You see, the words are the middlemen between our chaotic thoughts and the poor listeners. Without words, we would all still be grunting, finger-pointing, and occasionally beating each other over who gets the last slice of pizza.

But, there is always but: words don’t mean the same thing to everyone. One person hears “commitment” and thinks of marriage, another hears it and thinks of the last time they washed their car. Your entire personality is basically just the way you misunderstood a bunch of words growing up.

And don’t even get me started on context. The word "makeup" could mean face paint, emotional recovery, or what you slap together at 11:59 p.m. before a deadline. It all depends on what nonsense your brain chooses to focus on.

Ha, the focus? It’s known as attention. And attention is like Wi-Fi — limited, glitchy, and guaranteed to disconnect the moment you actually need it. Yet people have figured out how to hack their attention with cat videos, political speeches, and sales on items they didn’t even know existed five minutes ago.

I've chosen a different life from the most of you. I'm leading the lifestyle striving towards self-realization thinking how lucky I am to be here and now at this exact place at this exact time.

Year, 2025, going after attainment of superpower. 😃
Awareness- regular meditation, investigation, study of "I AM".

Behavior - being, being conscious, being aware, attention behind the meaning of words. no imagination, listening and clear talking in interaction with others

Discipline - physical activities, daily ashtanga yoga according to the rules, gym, weight lifting, long walking, physical strength and stamina

Persistence- keep direction with clear intent for self-realization
If you want true inner peace, the answer is simple: stop caring about words entirely. Let the words float by like spam emails in your mind’s inbox. Enlightenment is just the act of unsubscribing from mental junk mail.

Keeping your attention stable is like trying to balance a pencil on your nose during a roll-coaster ride. It’s hard enough alone, but toss in other humans talking, complaining, or inviting you to brunch, and suddenly “inner peace” looks like a myth invented by someone who didn’t have social media.

This is why monks meditate for years in caves: fewer people, zero brunch invites.

So my major practice this year is focusing my attention on the space before words. Because once I master that, I can finally listen to people talk without immediately plotting my escape. And that, my friend, is the real superpower.
